I have to admit the survey system that is used now a days is a joke. If you get anything but a 10 you fail. 8,9 and 10’s back in the day means you were above average. No people can go to google reviews who aren’t even a customer of your business. Calls in and slanders your employees and screams like a lunatic and makes it sounds like it’s the shops fault. I’m a leader I will take the heat for hits on customer service. I don’t allow my employees to be degraded by people and say it’s ok. if they are in the right I will always defend them. Then you get hit on surveys because they are upset because their 20k hail estimate with PDR and roof, hood and deck lid replacement and the conventional repairs pdr can’t do and be done in 3 days. Parts vendors kill you on taking weeks or even months to get parts. I’m proud of my team this month we did a record of 664k, trying to keep them pumped because they are down because they are allowed to be beat down by surveys that are not warranted to be negative. If we suck I’ll take a bad survey. Very proud of my team and I will always have their backs. Need the secret of some businesses where every customer is 100 percent satisfied and never come back for any issues 🙄. Appreciate 99 percent of our customers are satisfied and really are great customers. We roll into this month still putting out a great product for our customers.
